Once your order has been confirmed, please allow 2-3 business days for your order to ship.

The estimated shipping times as follow:
• Australia: 2-7 business days
• International: 3-6 weeks (depends on your location)

What are the shipping options?
All order will be sent via AusPost. For safer delivery, please choose shipping option with tracking.
Free tracking shipping code for all Australia orders over AUD$75 (FREESHIP75) and all international orders over AUD$150 (FREESHIP150).
*Order will be cancelled if you use code for order under AUD$75 nationally or AUD$150 internationally.
Will there be any taxes fee charged for international orders?
International orders may require customs fees from your government. It will depend on the country your order is being shipped to. All international buyers are responsible for paying VAT or any other customs fees and charges upon receipt of their package.

Our shop name “Mouis & Co.” was inspired by our three lovely cats Mochi, Louis & Coco 💗 You will see them a lot through our products in the form of stickers, keychains, collectible phone charms, phone grip and many more (*ᴗ͈ˬᴗ͈)ꕤ*.ﾟ

We are both Vietnamese and came to Melbourne, Australia for uni. That's how we met and we have been bestie ever since (obviously Hailey wrote this cause Linh could never) 💗
